Terms & Conditions – Mamaya Resort
Welcome to Mamaya Resort & Spa. By using this website, booking our services, or entering our premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or visiting.
Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Advance or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation, as per the booking terms.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds will follow the policy shared at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 7 working days to process.
Property Rules & Guest Conduct
- Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance or nuisance to others.
- Any guest found misbehaving with staff or disrupting the peace of the resort may be asked to vacate immediately. In such cases, the resort reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit all payments made.
- Any damage caused to property, rooms, or facilities will be chargeable to the guest.
- Use of all facilities is at the guest’s own risk and discretion.
Rights of Admission
Mamaya Resort & Spa reserves the right to admission. Bookings do not guarantee entry if guest behaviour is found inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant with resort policies.
Liability Disclaimer
The resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. In-room safes may be used wherever provided.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use guest information.
Policy Changes
Mamaya Resort & Spa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
